Shipping Times

Stock permitting, most of our orders using our $4.99 S&H special, ship within 3-7 business days. Please note that this an estimate and not a guarantee as shipping times may increase during our busy periods. Orders selecting the FedEx shipping method will be shipped within 3-4 business day. Expedited orders are still shipped via FedEx ground, but will be shipped within two business days. Orders are shipped ultra discreetly in plain brown boxes with the Fedex/UPS/USPS label reading something generic like from "SH" or "Shipping Dept."

U.S.A. Orders

The majority of continental US orders ship via Fedex ground with tracking. Delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location relative to Michigan.

Canada Orders

We send Canadian orders by USPS Priority Mail. We insure all shipments. Delivery usually takes 4 - 10 days. Canadian customers are responsible for paying all Customs clearance charges as well as any taxes that apply. We do our best to minimize the chances of fees.

Credit Card Orders

When using our systems to pay via credit card, please note that both the BILLING and SHIPPING address must pass an AVS check; i.e. both addresses need to be on record with your bank or credit card institution.

Mail Orders

Please use our web site to place your mail order, then select the "Mail Order" option for payment type and complete the order. Money orders should be made payable to "SH Hydroponics" and sent to: SH Hydroponics, Inc. 14630 King Drive Milan, MI 48160 U.S.A. Be sure to reference your order confirmation number along with your money order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your Stealth Hydro experience. Stealth Hydro guarantees that our products will arrive as offered and in useable condition. Lights are guaranteed for 30 days as long as they are used according to directions and fail during normal use. Returns have to be sent back within 30 days of receiving your package. Returned items not received within 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
